I run Ninja Warrior competitions and upload them to YouTube. I need YouTube timestamps for each athlete's run.

Here is my workflow:
- I use the "Copy Youtube Transcript" Chrome extension to get the transcript from my YouTube video
- I will paste the transcript below
- I will also paste my official athlete roster from my registration system
- You read through the transcript, find every moment an athlete is introduced or announced for their run, match the commentator's version of the name to the official roster spelling, and output clean YouTube timestamps

Output format — one athlete per line like this:
0:09 Evan Weaver
12:50 Liam Smith
1:28:58 Zachary Burkholder

Rules:
- Timestamps over 1 hour must use 1:23:45 format, not 83:45
- Use the official roster spelling, not whatever the commentator said
- One timestamp per athlete at the moment they are introduced for their run
- Do not include mid-run commentary or results announcements
