📆 Makeups

Makeup Policy  Class rates are based on (4) classes in a month. Emergency makeups will be periodically scheduled throughout each session as necessary. Students absent due to illness may attend up to one makeup per month.

We offer scheduled 1-hour group makeup sessions periodically during weekends throughout the year. (45 minutes for preschool). Makeups must be scheduled in advance, using our makeup calendar below. TKD, 12 & UP, Pre-Team, Team, & OCR makeups will be handled separately by the front desk.

✅ Eligibility & Timeframe

• Makeups are intended for illness.

• Students may receive up to 1 makeup per month under normal circumstances.

• Missed classes do not accumulate. We do not stack multiple absences from earlier in the session.

Please schedule your makeup(s) in advance using the calendar below. Each student may attend one of the next two scheduled makeup sessions (typically held once per month on Saturdays). If you’re unable to attend either, please reach out so we can help! 🙌

For more flexibility, you may schedule and attend any open gym to use as makeup. These will be "Free Play" open gyms but a coach will be there to provide individual tasks if asked. Please email us 📧 up@urbanplayground.ninja and we will provide coupon code(s) as well as any further instructions.

🎟️ Open Gym Option

• To be eligible to use an open gym option as a makeup, please reach out within 2 weeks of your missed class.

• Missed classes do not accumulate. We do not stack multiple absences from earlier in the session.

“12 & UP” and OCR class makeups will be handled separately by the front desk. TKD makeups will be scheduled with Mr. Ryan on an individual basis.
