Thank you for choosing Urban Playground where learning movement, safety, & fun are our top priorities! Below is our parent's guide to a week of summer camp at UP!

⏱ Start time
All-day camps will start at 9 am - Doors open at 8:45 am. Pick UP at 4pm.*Make sure to pack a lunch.

AM camps will start at 9 am - Doors open at 8:45 am. Pick UP at 12 pm.

Bring a water bottle! There will be a water cooler for refills. Please make sure beverages stay off the gym floor.

👟What to wear  
Students should wear “gym class” attire. T-shirt with athletic shorts or pants, and athletic sneakers that can be tied tight! No open-toe or slip-on shoes. Any type of running or training shoes should work. We have a shoe-cleaning station at the gym but also would appreciate clean shoes when entering class. Long hair should be tied UP. Please avoid wearing any clothing or jewelry that could get caught during using the equipment. 

Participants with cell phones, iPads, or other electronic devices must be kept with their other belongings. Cell phone use will be allowed during lunch if it does not become an issue. 📲

🚪Entrance
Enter UP from our back parking lot. Use the garage door on the side of the building, and follow the cones. Please park first, do not block traffic by stopping in front of the garage door for drop-off. ✍️ Every child must be signed in & out by a parent or caregiver, every day. Only participants during scheduled times are allowed in the "Gym Area". This includes everything inside our fences & mats, ninja equipment, & grey carpet-bonded foam.

Directions 

  • From Union Deposit Exit, I-83

  • Heading towards Sheetz take a left turn onto Briarsdale Rd
    Pass McDonalds, Members 1st, & Fast Lane Auto Wash

  • Turn into the 4th building on the left, and look for the blue Urban Playground Sign

  • Continue on the right side of the building to the back parking lot

💸 PAYMENT & POLICY

Camps start on 6/10 and run through the week of 8/21.

Each camp week requires a non-refundable deposit of $50 per child. Initial deposits will be taken out on May 31, 2025. Camp registrations after June deposits will be charged the same day as registration. If the camper needs to change weeks, a new $50 deposit is required. The remaining tuition for camp will be charged the Friday before each individual camp week begins.

Cancellation Policy If you wish to cancel camp please do so before tuition is charged (Friday before camp starts). The deposit is not refundable after the charge is made. 

Refund Policy No credit card or bank account refunds. Missing a day(s) of camp is not refundable.

Make sure your card on file for tuition payment is up-to-date using the parent portal!

🚨 IMPORTANT UPDATE 🚨 | 💳 As of May 12, ALL cards were wiped! | 🔁 Log in to update your default card on file! | 💥 Credit card payments using Visa, Mastercard, Discover will have a 2.89% surcharge. | 🛑 No surcharge for Amex or Debit Cards.

UP specializes in teaching the Art of Movement with classes combining 4 core disciplines: Parkour, Freerunning, Ninja Warrior Obstacle Training, and Martial Arts. If you info camp consider signing UP for one of our classes for the rest of the summer or for this coming school year!

Want extra practice or more fun, we have Open Gyms available almost every day!

Parties include private gym access, and our certified instructors lead groups through 90 minutes of jam-packed fun! 🎉

🥷 NINJA LEAGUE

We host many league and non-league Ninja competitions at UP, including World Ninja League “WNL” competitions! We will host Team UP tryouts on July 19th!
