The Essentials
The short list — what to wear, what to bring, and the one rule that matters most.

Sign in & out every single day
Every child must be signed in and out by a parent or caregiver — no exceptions. Only registered campers are allowed inside the gym area during camp hours.

Footwear
- Athletic sneakers that tie tight
- No open-toe or slip-on shoes
- Shoe-cleaning station at the entrance

Clothing
- T-shirt + athletic shorts or pants
- Long hair tied UP
- No loose jewelry — it can catch on equipment

- Water bottle — filtered refill station on-site
- Packed lunch if attending All-Day
- Beverages stay off the gym floor

Activities
Each camp day is a mix of games, free play, and instruction — working across Parkour, Freerunning, and Ninja Warrior disciplines.
- Day 1 leans heavy on getting to know everyone, learning the rules, and exploring the gym — lessons typically kick off on Day 2
- As the week goes on, a lot of instruction gets woven into free play — especially for the kids who are hungry to learn

AM Campers get one morning snack. All-Day Campers get a morning snack + an afternoon popsicle.

- Phones & devices stay with belongings during camp
- Device use is allowed during lunch, after eating — as long as it doesn't become an issue
📍 Getting Here
Directions & Parking
Off I-83 Union Deposit — follow the alley, park in back, enter the Purple door.

Use marked spots along the grass or gravel on the other side. Don't park in the middle — it blocks traffic flow.
🚗 Driving Directions
- Take the Union Deposit Exit off I-83
- Head toward Sheetz — turn left on Briarsdale Rd
- Pass McDonald's, Members 1st & Fast Lane Auto Wash
- Follow the blue UP sign + "One Way" arrow down the alley
- Park in back — look for the RED banner + Purple door for sign-in

Tuition is charged the Friday before each camp week. Keep your card current.
Update Your Card on File
Must be done before the Friday prior to your camp week — or you won't be processed in time.

- 2.89% fee — Visa, Mastercard, Discover
- No fee — Amex or Debit

Cancellation
- Cancel before the Friday charge — no fee
- $50 deposit is non-refundable after payment
- Switching weeks = new $50 deposit
- Missing a day is not refundable
