Ninja Warrior Class

Obstacle-based training focused on building strength, grip, agility, and balance. Perfect for anyone who loves to climb, move, and take on new challenges! A great starting point for future competitive ninjas or anyone looking for a fun and engaging way to build skills.

Ninja Warrior to Team Progression Path

Start your journey in either a Ninja Warrior class or a Parkour & Ninja Warrior class. From there, athletes may be invited to move into more advanced levels based on skill and coach recommendation:

  • Advanced Ninja Warrior – For athletes ready for tougher obstacles, mental focus, and competitive-level challenges. Coach recommendation required

  • Team Tier 2 – Intro to competitive ninja for athletes building consistency and learning strategy. Tryout required

  • Team Tier 1 – For elite athletes focused on high-level performance and competition. Tryout required

Tryouts are July 19th!

New to the sport? Sign up now for a Ninja Warrior or Parkour & Ninja Warrior class to get started. Athletes may be moved into Advanced or Team after tryouts if recommended. Competitive Ninja starts at age 6.
