Discounted rates can be used for one student taking multiple classes or shared among family members in the same household.

Multi-class discounts apply only to standard $80 classes and do not apply to Ninja Warrior Jr, TKD, or Adult classes.

Membership Fee
New members pay a $30 annual membership fee per family, valid through the end of the calendar year.

On December 31, all active families are charged the $30 annual fee for the following year.
Class Deposit
A one-time, non-refundable $30 deposit per roster spot is required at sign-up and goes directly toward your first month’s tuition.

This is separate from the annual membership fee.
Payment Surcharge
A 2.89% surcharge applies to credit card payments made with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.

No surcharge applies to American Express or debit cards.

Class Policies

Tuition

Class tuition is automatically withdrawn on the last day of each month for the following month's classes.

Late Fees

  • A $10 late fee is added to any account not paid by the 7th of the month.
  • Accounts delinquent for more than one month will not be permitted to attend or enroll until the full balance is paid.

Refund Policy

We do not issue refunds for membership fees, deposits, or class tuition due to cancellations, missed classes, or dropped enrollment after payment is processed.

Credit Card Surcharge

  • A 2.89% surcharge applies to Visa, Mastercard, or Discover payments.
  • No surcharge for American Express or debit cards.

Eligibility

Students may attend one group makeup per month for an illness-related absence. Sessions are 1 hour (45 min for Ninja Warrior Jr) and offered on weekends.

Scheduling

  • Must be scheduled in advance via our Make-Up Calendar.
  • Dates are announced monthly in our newsletter.
  • Makeups must be scheduled within 3 weeks of the missed class — they do not stack and will expire.
  • Need more time? Email the front desk within the 3-week window to request an extension.

Weather & Cancellations

If a class is canceled due to weather or unforeseen events, an emergency makeup will be scheduled.

Class Rates & Closures

  • Rates are based on four (4) classes per month.
  • Holiday closures are pre-built into the calendar and do not require makeups.
Makeups for Taekwondo, Advanced Ninja, Team UP, and Adult classes follow separate policies explained in each class's welcome email.

How to Cancel

Email the front desk before the last day of the month, prior to the next month's tuition being charged. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email for a clear, time-stamped record.
