Note: We keep our class sizes small to ensure personalized attention, challenging athletes individually and ensuring no one gets left behind or feels unchallenged.

Parkour & Ninja Pricing ↓
💵 $80/month – Includes one (1) 1-hour class per week
💵 $140/month – Includes two (2) classes per week(save $20)
💵 $200/month – Includes three (3) classes per week(save $40)
🧍♂️ Discounted rates can be used as a family rate (up to 3 kids) or for one student taking multiple classes.
⚠️ Multi-class discounts apply only to $80 classes and do not apply to $60 Ninja Warrior Jr, TKD, or Adult classes.
🧾 Membership Fee
🔹 New members pay a $30 membership fee per family, valid through the end of the calendar year.
🔁 On December 31st, all active familes are charged a $30 annual fee for the following year.
💳 Class Deposit
A one-time, non-refundable $25 deposit (per roster spot) is required at sign-up and goes directly toward your first month’s tuition.
🧾 This is separate from the annual $30 membership fee.
💳 Payment Surcharge
A 2.89% surcharge applies to credit card payments made with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
✅ No surcharge applies for American Express or debit cards.

Beginner to Intermediate 🏃♀️🤸🥷
New to the world of Parkour and Ninja Warrior? If so, then Beginner is the perfect place to start. We recommend all new students take beginner classes first to familiarize themselves with foundational movements and terminology.

Intermediate to Advanced 🏃♀️🤸🥷
Have you taken parkour, ninja, or team gymnastics classes before? Do you have a trampoline at home where you practice landing flips and tricks? Do you know what a parkour vault is or how to forward roll? Can you do the monkey bars easily and are looking for more obstacle challenges? It sounds like Intermediate would be a great fit!

💳 Payment Policies ↓
📆 Class tuition is automatically withdrawn on the last day of each month for the following month’s classes.
💸 Payment & Late Fees ↓
• ⏰ A $10 late fee will be added to any account not paid by the 7th of the month.
• ❌ Accounts delinquent for more than one month will not be permitted to attend classes or enroll in new sessions until the full balance is paid.
💸 Refund Policy ↓
We do not issue refunds for membership fees, deposits, or class tuition due to cancellations, missed classes, or dropped enrollment after payment is processed.

🧑🏫 Makeup Policy
Students may attend one group makeup per month for an illness-related absence.
Group makeup sessions (1 hour, or 45 minutes for Ninja Warrior Jr) are offered on weekends and must be scheduled in advance using our website’s Make-Up Calendar.
📅 Dates are announced monthly in our newsletter (one month at a time).
🖱️ The Make-Up Calendar is always available on our website under Classes > Makeups.
⏳ Makeups must be scheduled within 3 weeks of the missed class. ⚠️ Makeups do not stack and will expire if not scheduled within that window. 📧 Need more time? Email the front desk within the 3-week window to request an extension.
🌧️ If a class is canceled due to weather or other unforeseen events, an emergency makeup will be scheduled.
📌 Makeups for Taekwondo, Advanced Ninja, Team UP, and Adult classes follow separate policies explained in each class’s welcome email.
🚫 Note: Because most of our classes are full, we do not offer makeups by attending a different class time or day. This helps ensure we stay within our instructor-to-student ratios as required by our insurance policy.
📘 Class Rates & Closures
💵 Rates are based on four (4) classes per month.
🗓️ Holiday closures are pre-built into our 36-week School Year and 12-week Summer calendars and do not require makeups.

❌ Cancellation Policy ↓
If you wish to cancel your membership, please email the front desk before the last day of the month, prior to the next month’s tuition being charged.
📧 Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. This ensures clear communication and a time-stamped record of your request.
👥 Please 📧 email us for assistance with any cancellation or refund-related requests. Instructors are often busy and are instructed to refer families to the front desk.
✅ There is no cancellation fee.
