Team Fundraisers!

As a part of Team UP, fundraising plays a critical role throughout the normal season and into Regionals and Worlds (for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams). To pay for coaching fees during weekend competitions, Regionals, and Worlds, travel costs for coaches, and also meals and incidental costs, we offer two options: paying fees up front, or participating in fundraising throughout the year. This is a choice each family can make in the beginning of the year. We will have estimates for the “up front” cost for the regular season at the beginning of the year, and for the post-regular season competitions around February, when the league provides information on the location and dates for Regionals and Worlds.

For families who opt into fundraising, each team member will receive credit if they participate in a given fundraiser; if a family that opted into fundraising does not participate in a given fundraiser, they will be responsible for a fee based on the amount that those who do participate raise.

Below is our anticipated fundraising schedule for the year. Please note: this COULD change based on variables like a change in Worlds or Regionals locations, BUT this is our best estimate to allow your family to make the best choice about participating up front! Adding an additional fundraiser would likely include adding bake sales to additional home competitions for those interested in participating.

  • September: Mum Sale! Pick up for mums is September 10. For this, we ask each family to sell a minimum of 10 mums. Most families sold above this last year and it was wildly popular! If you have an SUV, van and/or trailer and can be available to help drive mums from the farm in Lebanon to the gym that morning at 9am, this would also be greatly appreciated - please let Kristen know! *We may add an online component including fall pumpkins and decor for more options this year!

  •  October: Bake Sale and Raffle. For a bake sale to count as participation, we ask for the donation of a baked good and/or for the team member to volunteer for a shift. We will provide a list of items needed and do ask families to sign up for specifics as we have learned what sells and what does not. For October, this sale will run from Monday the 6 through the comp weekend, ending Sunday, Oct 12. We will also raffle off remaining items from our Spring 2025 team raffle.

  • November: R&K subs (date TBD)

  • November: 22-23 Bake Sale (comp weekend only).

  • January: pull-up challenge for athletes going to Regionals/Worlds (date TBD)

  • February: Feb 28-March 1 Bake Sale (comp weekend only)

  • March: R&K subs

  • April: Full week Bake Sale ending with competition Saturday (April 13-18)
