Tuition renews automatically. Please review billing, cancellations, makeups, and your class’s requirements before enrolling. Joining a waitlist is free.
Billing & payments
Next month’s tuition is collected on the last day of this month. Unpaid balances incur $10 after the 7th; enrollment pauses when overdue beyond a month. Visa, Mastercard, and Discover carry a 2.89% surcharge; Amex and debit do not.
Cancellations & refunds
Email up@urbanplayground.ninja before the last day of the month to cancel before the next charge. Cancellation has no fee. Processed membership fees, deposits, and tuition are non-refundable for cancellations, absences, or withdrawal.
Makeups & class requirements
Illness permits one group makeup monthly, booked ahead within three weeks. Holiday closures are built into tuition. Taekwondo, Advanced Ninja, Team UP, and Adult programs have separate makeup rules. Check class details and welcome emails for prerequisites and program policies.
