Athletes! You must have a current WNL Waiver filled out, this is separate from our waiver filled out during registration.
Start Times
The warm-up area will open when doors open for each individual wave. At that time, the first five competitors in the run order may begin warming up.
At the designated start time, we’ll begin with a brief welcome and overview — including an introduction to the gym, general rules, and what to expect during the wave. After that, we’ll review any updates from the walkthrough video and allow time for a course walkthrough for athletes and their certified coaches. Course runs will begin immediately after walkthroughs.
Saturday
Kids - Doors open at 8:30 am, official start time is at 9 am.
Mature Kids - Doors open at 11:30 am, official start time is at 12 pm.
Preteens, - Doors open at 3:30 pm, official start time is at 4 pm.
Sunday
Adults & Masters - Doors open at 9:30 am, official start time is at 10 am.
Teens & Young Adults - Doors open at 12:30 am, official start time is at 1 pm.
All athletes should arrive and check in prior to the official start time of their wave.
Redemption time will be held after awards!

Coaches! To help speed up the process, we’ve added a Coach Pre-Check below. This is not required, but completing it will allow us to quickly confirm your WNL certification and Urban Playground waiver ahead of time (waivers can also be filled out digitally through our website).
All certified coaches must still check in at the front desk on competition day. Coaches must have an up-to-date WNL certification and a completed Urban Playground waiver to be out on the floor in the warm-up area, on the course, during walkthroughs, or during redemption time. In addition, only the coach running with an athlete may be on the floor during these times.

Heading towards Sheetz take a left turn onto Briarsdale Rd
Pass McDonalds, Members 1st, & Fast Lane Auto WashTurn into the 4th building on the left, look for blue Urban Playground Sign.
Continue on the right side of the building to the back parking lot
Look for UP on the back purple door to enter.

Sunday at 1:00 PM (Teens & Young Adults Wave) will be our largest wave of the weekend. Please allow extra time for parking and carpool if possible. Staff will be parking in the small back lot and/or grass area. Guests may park anywhere spots are available, including the back or side of the building, or the main lot by our main entrance (purple UP door). Capable vehicles may also use the grass field for overflow parking—just be sure not to block anyone in!
If you are staying at a nearby hotel and can walk over, that would be very helpful and appreciated to reduce congestion during this busy wave.
To ensure the best flow of our competitions this year we will not be accepting any late registrations or walk-ins.
