In an effort to maintain a comfortable environment for all, we kindly encourage participants to consider carpooling and limiting spectators to two per athlete. Spectator fee is a donation of your choosing.
Athletes! You must have a current WNL Waiver filled out, this is separate from our waiver filled out during registration.
Event Schedule
Area opens 20 minutes before Wave Start Time. The first five athletes begin warming up immediately.
At the official Start Time: brief course overview, updates, Q&A, then 10 minutes to walk the course with a certified coach.
After the walkthrough:
Athlete #1 → report to the start line
Next 5 athletes → continue warming up and prepare to run
Master Division: All athletes in the run order may begin warming up when doors open.
Don't leave after your run! Redemption time is only for athletes who competed in that specific wave and will take place immediately following that wave's awards ceremony.
Only athletes from that wave may participate. Only the certified coach who was on the floor during their run may be on the course with them.
Only obstacles used during the competition course may be used during redemption time.
This includes: the trampoline (which net is down for the viewing experience during competition) may not be used or traveled across.

Coaches Information
To help speed up check-ins, we have a Coach Pre-Check. Confirm your WNL certification and UP waiver ahead of time!
Important Note
The new coach pre-check at UP for Season XI is managed through a season-long spreadsheet rather than individual event lists.
Because of this, you may receive an email even if you or your athlete are not attending a particular competition.
If you do not plan to attend another UP competition this season and would prefer to be removed from these emails, just reply and let us know — we're happy to update our list!
